The compact is a treasure to have. I love the tarnished pitchers...I have a weakness for silver pitchers, teapots and coffeepots.

What a beautiful keepsake! I bet the smell of powder brings back fond memories. I remember my mom and aunt wearing aunts and gloves and pulling out their compacts to powder their nose and check their lipstick.

Happy Silver Sunday!

What lovely lovely items. The patina is perfect on your silver. I caved a few times and actually polished some pieces ~ they just didn't look right anymore. They are treasures just the way they are.
